BOOKING POLICY

APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS

Upon scheduling your initial appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. An invoice will be generated and must be promptly paid to confirm your reservation. This deposit serves to demonstrate your commitment to the appointment.

Please note that the procedure typically takes between 45 minutes to 2 hours, during which dedicated time is reserved exclusively for you. The 20% deposit will be subtracted from the total cost of your initial procedure, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I kindly ask for a 48-hour notice if you require to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to fill your appointment slot and avoid a cancellation fee. The fee for cancellations is 20%, equivalent to your booking fee.

Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable. However, if you cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours notice, the booking fee can be transferred to another appointment date. If cancellation occurs within less than 48 hours of your appointment or if you do not show up, the booking fee will be forfeited.

LATE POLICY

Appointments have a 15-minute grace period. Arriving later than 15 minutes will lead to the cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the deposit fee.

PMU TOUCHUPS

Your initial price includes the first touch-up session following your initial procedure. This touch-up session is crucial for achieving optimal results and is mandatory. It can be scheduled no sooner than 4 weeks and no later than 90 days after your initial session.

Please be aware that additional touch-up appointments may be necessary for individuals with oily or problematic skin, and these may incur an extra fee.

It's important to note that touch-up services are exclusively for clients who had their initial procedure at Pars Beauty Bar. If you've had work done elsewhere, you'll be considered a new client and subject to the "new client rate."

Permanent makeup is a process that may require multiple sessions, and results may vary from person to person. While I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, proper aftercare is essential for optimal results and long-term care of your permanent makeup.
